The Ignition Switch Kit provides a convenient way to upgrade applications that were not originally equipped with an ACCESSORY key position. The kit includes a replacement ignition switch with an integrated ACCESSORY position and the required wiring adapter to connect the new switch to the existing dash harness wiring.

When used with a dash harness equipped with an accessory connection, the new switch provides accessory-switched power in both the ACCESSORY and RUN positions, making it convenient to operate items such as radios and other electrical accessories without modifying the basic ignition switch wiring. On applications that originally did not have an ACCESSORY position, it is accessed by turning the key counterclockwise past the LOCK position.
