M&H's Trailer Light Adapter Harnesses allow owners of 1962 through 1982 Chevy and GMC Step Side and Fleet Side trucks to add trailer lighting in minutes. The adapter connects directly between the Rear Lamp Intermediate Harness and the Rear Lamp Harness with no cutting, splicing, or modifications to the original wiring.
Each adapter features correct weather-resistant molded-on mating connectors that fit the original factory harnesses perfectly. The long leads route to the trailer connection on the bumper or any user-defined location, providing circuits for tail, brake, left and right turn signals, and backup lamps. Leads are color-coded to industry standards to simplify installation, and an instruction sheet is included with every harness.
