Our new Classic Auto Fuse Series Dash Harnesses allow the professional restorer to maintain the plug and play functionality of the original factory type harnesses, while converting the entire fuse block to an Auto Fuse Series (ATO Type) fuse block. The Classic Auto Fuse Series Dash Harnesses give restorers the flexibility to add additional power circuits, without the installation headaches normally associated with this type of fuse box conversion.

Features an ATO Type Fuse Block

ATO Type Fuse Block with additional, fully integrated power ports allow the restorer to easily tap power for aftermarket electronic devices such as audio accessories, electric fans & ignition boxes.

Original Factory Bulkhead Connector

An Original Factory Bulkhead Connector is used on the back of the ATO Fuse Block. This allows the restorer to maintain the plug & play functionality of factory original style Engine & Forward Harnesses.

GXL Wire & OEM Connectors

We use U.S.A. made GXL wire which is much more tolerant to heat than the original GPT type wire that was used from the factory. Wire colors match the original factory specs, as does every connector and terminal.

Upgraded Main Power Circuits
The main power circuits have been upgraded to ensure the extra capacity of the new Classic Auto Fuse Series fuse block. No need to worry about splicing onto existing fuses and circuits for aftermarket type accessories and overloading the fuse.
Three Constant Battery Power Accessory Ports
Original Glass Series fuse boxes have only one port. These 3 ports supply constant battery power regardless of the ignition switch position. Each of these ports has a maximum fuse capacity of 10 amps.
One Instrument Cluster Lamps Accessory Port
Original Glass Series fuse boxes have only one port. This port is used to access the rheostat circuit on the headlamp switch, so the optional lamps connected to this port will dim and brighten with the dash lamps. This port has a maximum fuse capacity of 1 amp which is perfect for night lights in tachs and gauges etc.
Two Ignition Power Accessory Ports
Original Glass Series fuse boxes have only one port. These 2 ports supply switched battery power when the ignition switch is in the run position only. Each of these ports has a maximum fuse capacity of 5 amps.
Two Accessory Power Accessory Ports
Original Glass Series fuse boxes have only one port. These two ports supply switched battery power when the ignition switch is in the run or accessory position only. Each of these ports has a maximum fuse capacity of 5 amps.
Three Spare Fuse Ports
These three Spare Fuse Ports have an undefined fuse rating that can be designed by the customer based on the individual need and each port can handle up to 20 amps per cavity. If all three are not used, restorers may increase the remaining individual fuse ratings up to 30 amps for the remaining one to two cavities. In order to use these spare fuses, the optional kit part number 39383 “Spare Fuse Power Wiring Extension Harness” will be required. Instructions are included with this kit.

Glass Fuse Series Accessory Adapter Kit

This kit is used to convert any old accessory style indexed connectors designed to plug into a specific port on the old Glass Fuse Series fuse block. The adapters allow you to plug the leads into the appropriate port on the new Classic Auto Fuse Series fuse block without any modifications to the old accessory leads. The best part is that you will still have the extra accessory ports designed into the new Classic Auto Fuse Series Dash Harnesses for new or aftermarket options without sacrificing valuable accessory ports on the fuse block.

Accessory Connector and Terminal Kit

The connectors and terminals in this kit are used to access the front of the Classic Auto Fuse Series fuse block accessory ports, while maintaining the indexing capability of the cavities on the fuse block. Use of this kit helps ensure that you do not plug accessories into the wrong port.

Spare Fuse Power Wiring Extension Harness

Used to add the functionality of the three extra spare fuses if desired. If this kit is not purchased the three spare fuses will not function.

Fuse & Flasher Kit

Contains two flashers, one complete set of ATO fuses, plus one spare of each amperage. Does not contain fuses for the three spare cavities.
